I had a couple of hours this weeked to myself. Some people take long walks, some smoke, some listen to music; I relax by tinkering.
My new project - a 1959 Bugeye Sprite. I pulled off the chrome, pulled out the rest of the interior, off with the doors and began on the body. Next - the engine goes.
In the sixties, mini's were nick-named the Giant Killers because of the types of cars they beat. I thought I would put that nick-name to an illustration.
I just finished up the art for Temple Games board game Pirate King. It may be out late this year. This was quite a fun project and I would like to work with temple Games again.
I recently received word that my illustration "The Great Race" finished 5th in CGTalk's International WIP Competition. The them was, The Journey Begins.
