Fixers

During the Golden Age of Hollywood a “fixer” was someone on the movie studio payroll that took care of the messes caused by movie employees, especially the stars. They did it by bribing law enforcement, paying off families, making people disappear, or guaranteeing fall-guys life time employment after serving slap-on- the-wrist sentences. A murder takes place in a studio controlled whore house that will rock L.A. to its very foundations, that is if the truth ever gets out. Follow the story of a transplanted Chicago cop, turned L.A. Private Eye, as he navigates a tempest of vice, suicide, organized crime, murder and corruption to solve a case and save an innocent girl from the “Hollywood Dream Machine.”
