I like the composition overall and the color scheme is working really well for a Lovecraftian piece, but I am thinking that it would be good to add more atmosphere. I think rain coming down in a down pour would be a nice addition to that, especially with the Dangerous Catch crew hanging on for dear life in the boat. A dutch angle may or may not be a nice touch for even more energy.
Sorry about the double post, was watching Kitchen Nightmares and got distracted.
I tried the dutch angle and didn't like it. Tilt it to the right and he looks like he's leaning against the building - Tilt it to the left and it ruins what I want to to with the boat.

Well I did say may or may not. We both know that it doesn't always work.
Yep, always have to try it at the end - Also, I was going for the sliver of light effect, so I didn't go with rain.
